Why is it taking longer than 48 Hours?
This probably means there are too many orders at once OR your payment has not been received. The 48 hours guarantee is started from when we receive payment.

In most cases Yes, Although it sometimes isn't a full refund if it's been a while since it was made.

Again just contact us via the cintact page and if required we will supply a new site free of charge unless it is a .Com site as we do not host the .Com's.
